Oh, those chocolate croissants in the lounge are to die for! And the cozy atmosphere of our room just made us want to relax all day. Plus, being just a hop away from local gems like Billy Byrnes Pub and The Hungry Moose was a culinary delight!
Had a hiccup with no hot water on our first morning, but staff sorted it quick. Being right over the trash area had its moments with a little glass clinking, but c'mon, we were above a bar! Everything else shined despite these small bumps.

The location was particularly good and fab: it took about 5 minutes to reach the downtown. The room was compact and recently renovated, we had a work desk, coffee/tea makers and a TV.

what a great stay, nothing too much trouble. gorgeous accommodation, pleasant staff, excellent location right beside the shopping centre. compact units with comfortable bed. central heating, iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee making equipment - very useful. location very close to main food area, clean and the railway station.

The room was far too simple, I woudl ve been thrilled with even a small table. The noise from the bar at night was ridiculous. What's the point of a "guest accommodation" if I can't sleep. I nearly left a good review, but the lack of special treatment was a real let down.

A wide array of hot breakfast options. Amazing friendly staff all over the place. Marvellous and fab location, at a medium distance from St Canices Cathedral and Round Tower. Minute walk from a railroad station and good for visiting the city.

From skeptic to believer
I was delighted to check in early and the room was larger than anticipated. A quick 5-8 minute walk took me to the river.
The shower took a while to warm up, a minor inconvenience .

The faint smell of cigarette smoke lingered in my room, quite off-putting, especially as the windows didn't open for fresh air. I encountered a frustrating situation with the internet. It was non-functional throughout the night, and while the staff were responsive, I found it tedious to seek help at the bar downstairs when all I wanted was relaxation.

Budget-Friendly Stay for a Night Out
Perfect for a night out with friends! The location is ideal for enjoying local nightlife, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Just don't expect a luxurious experience-rooms are quite dated, but it served its purpose well for our group.

The place smelled divine, rooms were spick and span, and beds reminded me of clouds! Plus, all the goodies like coffee and cookies were a good surprise. Perfect for wandering around, everything is just a stroll away.
Parking was a bit of a puzzle-thank goodness for Jim's guidance! Honestly, if I had to park my brain, I'd probably still be confused!

The room was really comfy and clean, was like a cozy spot right above the pub. The beds were so soft, I almost wanted to stay in all day. I liked the lounge chairs too, but it could've used a small table. The shower took a bit to warm up, but that was just a minor issue.
